Since the early beginning of the OWI-Lab project in 2008, the involved industrial and academic partners in OWI-Lab has grown. Companies, either large industrial wind energy players and SME's, can become a 'user-committee member' in order to gain first hand technology & markets insights. The internal committee meetings are also used to adress certain industrial needs and challenges with regard to the wind power wind market in general. Next to that, the user-committe platform also functions as a networking and knowledge transfer platform, and stribes to set-up collaborative research projects with the involved partners.
