Site visits
The OWI-Lab Academy regularly organizes site visits to key offshore wind facilities, giving researchers a first-hand look at real-world applications of their work.

These visits offer unique opportunities to explore testing sites, ports, vessels, leading companies and other parts of the offshore wind value chain

Each visit combines technical insight with informal networking moments, helping to bridge the gap between academic research and industrial practice.

PhD Day
The OWI-Lab Academy PhD Day is the yearly gathering for all Belgian offshore wind PhD researchers to connect, share their work and exchange ideas in an informal setting.

The event combines short research presentations/posters, interactive activities and networking sessions to encourage collaborations.
